Discipline problems from the perspective of future graduates Primary School Teacher Training

Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma Kázeňské problémy z pohledu budoucích absolventů Učitelství pro 1. stupeň ZŠ se skládá ze dvou částí – teoretické a praktické. Teoretická je rozdělena na čtyři základní kapitoly. První kapitola teoretické části se věnuje problematice kázně, která je definována různými autory. Jsou zde uvedeny funkce kázně a závěr této kapitoly zahrnuje informace o výchově. Druhá kapitola se zabývá nekázní, kde jsou uvedeny projevy nekázně, které jsou rozděleny na přestupky lehčího charakteru a závažnějšího charakteru. Třetí kapitola se zabývá prevencí nekázně a poslední kapitola řešením nekázně – jsou zde uvedeny a stručně popsány jednotlivé kázeňské prostředky. Druhá část diplomové práce (praktická) je založena na dotazníkovém šetření, které proběhlo na Pedagogické fakultě v Brně. Na dotazníky odpovídali studenti oboru Učitelství pro 1. stupeň ZŠ, kteří již absolvovali souvislou pedagogickou praxi. Cílem bylo zjistit nejčastější kázeňské problémy a připravenost budoucích absolventů pedagogické fakulty na řešení nekázně.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis which is focused on disciplinary problems from the point of view of Primary School Teacher Training graduates consists of two parts – theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is divided up to four basic chapters. The first chapter of the theoretical part deals with disciplinary problems which are defined by various authors. The roles of discipline are stated in this part and the end of the chapter includes information on education. The second chapter deals with indiscipline; the manifestation of indiscipline divided into minor misdemeanour and serious misdemeanour is discussed. The third chapter deals with prevention of indiscipline, and the last chapter looks into the solutions to indiscipline. In this chapter individual disciplinary actions are briefly described. The second part of the diploma thesis (the practical one) is based on a questionnaire survey that was carried out at the Pedagogical Faculty in Brno. The questionnaires were filled in by students of Primary School Teacher Training who had already completed the continuous pedagogical practice. The aim of the survey was to find out the most common disciplinary problems and readiness of future graduates of the Pedagogical Faculty to deal with indiscipline.
