Diplomová práce je zaměřena na tematiku odštěpení podniku a posuzuje vliv odštěpení na finanční zdraví společnosti AGROPODNIK DOMAŽLICE, a.s. Jako nástroj pro zhodnocení finančního zdraví je použita finanční analýza. Práce je rozdělena na šest hlavních kapitol. The diploma thesis is focused on the theme of spin-off of the company and assesses the influence of spin-off on the financial health of AGROPODNIK DOMAŽLICE, a.s. The financial analysis is used as a tool for evaluation the financial´s health. The thesis is divided into six main chapters.
