Abstract:

Teoretická část diplomové práce se zabývá identifikací jednotlivých biomarkerů imunotoxicity u kroužkovců. Práce dále popisuje fungování imunitního systému člověka i kroužkovců a klade důraz na popis metod testování imunotoxicity látek. V experimentální části je práce věnována optimalizovaným postupům detekce působení imunotoxické látky hexahydrátu chloridu nikelnatého na organismus roupic Enchytraues crypticus. Koncentrace toxické látky jsou stanovovány na takové úrovni, která testovaný organismus neusmrtí, ale ovlivní jej na biologické úrovni.

Abstract:

The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the identification of individual biomarkers of immunotoxicity in annelids. The thesis also describes the functioning of the immune system in humans and annelids and emphasizes the description of methods for testing immunotoxicity of substances. The experimental part of the thesis is devoted to optimized procedures for detection of immunotoxicity of nickel chloride hexahydrate on the Enchytraues crypticus. Concentrations of the toxic substance are set at a level that will not kill the test organism but will affect it at a biological level.
