Predložená diplomová práca sa zaoberá analýzou karyotypu hospodársky významných kultivarov cíceru baranieho - Desi a Kabuli s využitím najnovších cytogenetických metód. Teoretická časť práce pojednáva o súčasnej problematike, všeobecnej a cytogenetickej charakterizácii cíceru, popisuje molekulárne a cytogenetické prístupy analýzy karyotypu u rastlín. Abstract:
The presented master thesis deals with the analysis of the karyotype of economically important cultivars of chickpea - Desi and Kabuli using the latest cytogenetic methods. The theoretical part deals with current issues, general and cytogenetic characterization of chickpea, describes molecular and cytogenetic approaches to karyotype analysis in plants.
