Abstract:

KLIKOVÁ, G. Zaměstnanecké benefity. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova Univerzita v Brně, 2019.Bakalářská práce se zabývá aktuální problematikou zaměstnaneckých benefitů. V teoretické části bakalářské práce je zpracována odborná literatura, kde je uvedena právní úprava benefitů, možnosti poskytování benefitů a členění vybraných zaměstnaneckých benefitů, které jsou poskytované ve firmě X. Teorie se zabývá i souvisejícími pojmy, jako je motivace a odměňování. V praktické části je zmapována problematika zaměstnaneckých benefitů v konkrétní firmě X, vyhodnocen dotazník od zaměstnanců a rozhovory s finanční manažerkou a jednatelem společnosti X. Na základě výstupů z dotazníku a rozhovorů je zpracován návrh na zlepšení, tak aby zaměstnanci byli více motivováni k pracovním výkonům a byla lépe oceněna jejich práce. V diskusi jsou popsány jednotlivé limity kvantitativního výzkumu.

Abstract:

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the highly topical issue of employee benefits. The theoretical section reviews the existing literature on the legislative basis of employee benefits, along with the options companies have in providing benefits. A breakdown is then offered of the benefits provided by XXX. Related factors such as motivation and remuneration are also addressed. The practical section maps out the specific benefits XXX offers its employees and analyses a questionnaire distributed to employees, as well as interviews conducted with the company’s fi-nancial manager and its CEO. The output from the questionnaire and interview analyses then serves as the basis for a proposal centered on increasing employee motivation to work efficiently and on rewarding that work. The concluding discussion notes individual constraints on the quantitative research undertaken here.
