Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá vymezenou oblastí správy daní registrací daňových subjektů u správce daně. Jsou zde popsány poinnosti daňových subjektů, postupy při registraci, procesní postavení osob zúčastněných na správě daní. Součástí diplomové práce je komparace současné a předchozí úpravy procesu registrace u správce daně.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with a specific area of tax administration, registration of tax payers with a particular tax administrator. The obligations of taxpayers, rules and regulations for registration and the legal position of the people involved in the administration of tax are detailed in the diploma thesis.
