Inhibition of microorganisms in semen of breeding boars
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá účinností různých druhů inhibičních látek na mikroorganismy přirozeně kontaminující vzorky spermatu chovných kanců. Zmíněna je také charakteristika a vlastnosti kančího spermatu. Dále je pozornost věnována výskytu mikroorganismů v kančím spermatu, jejich vlivu na kvalitu spermatu a možnostem ovlivnění těchto mikroorganismů ve vzorcích spermatu.
Abstract:
This master's thesis deals with effect of diverse inhibition substances on semen of breeding boars. It mentioned the characterization and properties of boar semen. Attention is paid to the occurrence of microorganisms in boar semen, their impact on the quality of boar semen and the possibility of influencing microorganisms in semen samples.
