The Application of Business Process Management in the chosen company

Abstract:

Tématem této práce je aplikace metodiky Business Process Management ve vybraném podniku. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je realizovat jednotlivé kroky vedoucí k zavedení metodiky Business Process Management do společnosti. V práci jsou stanoveny následující cíle: analýza procesního řízení ve společnosti, identifikace problémů v oblasti procesního řízení ve společnosti a návrhy opatření ke zlepšení a eliminaci těchto problémů. V praktické části byl popsán postup při zavádění Business Process Management do společnosti ZZ Servis, spol. s r. o. Také jsou zde uvedeny jednotlivé kroky, které bylo nutné realizovat k tomu, aby došlo k zavedení tohoto procesu do firmy. Rovněž je zde uvedeno, jak bude v budoucnu daný proces fungovat. Bakalářská práce tak reagovala na současné potřeby změny procesů ve firmách a poukázala na možnosti, které jsou s touto problematikou spojené ve vybrané firmě.

Abstract:

The theme of this thesis is to apply the methodology of Business Process Management. The main aim of this thesis is to realize the individual steps leading to the establishment of a methodology of Business Process Management into company. The targets of the thesis are: analysing the process management in the company, identifying problems in the field of process management in the company and proposing measures to improve and eliminate these problems. The practical part describes the procedure for the implementation of Business Process Management to the company ZZ Servis, spol. s r. o. There are also listed the steps, which had to be implemented to ensure the introduction of this process into the company. There is also described how this process will operate in future. The bachelor thesis responds to contemporary needs of changing of the processes in companies and pointed to the opportunities that are associated with these problems in selected company.
