Diplomová práce popisuje osvědčenou praxi při vedení diplomových prací a používání zpětné vazby během výuky. Čtenář se dozví, jak využít mentoring a koučování při vedení akademických prací a jak využít heutagogiku při celoživotním vzdělávání. The thesis focuses on describing best practices for a guidance of a master's thesis and using feedback for teachers and students. The purpose of this thesis is to describe how to use mentoring and coaching during the thesis supervision.
