Bakalářská práce řeší studii a projekt pro stavební povolení moderního rodinného domu, který splňuje požadavky na vysoký komfort bydlení. Při projektování bylo nutné zaměřit se na to, aby bylo po realizaci objektu dosaženo minimální spotřeby energie díky architektuře a vhodně zvolenému konstrukčnímu řešení. The thesis solve study for a building permit of modern house which meets the requirements of high living comfort.
