Abstract:
Předkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na vytvoření testovacího obvodu a otestování funkce polovodičových součástek určených k ochraně proti přepětí, které vzniká při vypínání výkonových polovodičů.
Abstract:
This study is aimed at creating a test circuit and test the function of semiconductor devices designed to protect against surges that occur while switching power semiconductors.
