Abstract:

Diplomová práca Stres a výkon v podnikatelskom prostredí sa zaoberá stresom, jeho vývojom, typmi, prejavmi a vplyvom na zdravie a pracovný výkon cloveka. Zároven sa sústreduje na faktory, ktoré stres vyvolávajú, ich identifikáciu a odstránenie z podnikového prostredia. Venuje sa tiež ekonomickým dopadom stresu. Prvá cast diplomovej práce je zameraná na teoretický rozbor uvedenej problematiky. Druhá cast sa venuje nájdeniu a stanoveniu stresových faktorov v konkrétnom podnikovom prostredí spolocnosti OBUK Slovakia s.r.o.

Abstract:

My thesis Stress and performance in business environment deals with stress, its development, types, symptoms and influence on health and output of the human. It also concentrates on factors, which evoke stress, their identification and elimination in corporate environment. Furthermore it deals with the economic impacts of stress. The first part of my thesis focuses on theoretical analysis of the above-mentioned issues. Second part deals with the process of finding and performing of stress factors in concrete corporate environment of the company OBUK Slovakia s.r.o.
