Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá opravnými prostředky ve správním řízení. Nejprve je pojednáno o obecných pojmech, záruce zákonnosti a správním rozhodnutí. Následující kapitoly dále popisují jednotlivé druhy opravných prostředků ve správním řízení.
Abstract:
This graduation thesis is intended to remedies in administrative procedure. First, it is dealt with the general terms, legality guarantees and administrative decisions. The following chapters describe the different types of remedies in administrative procedure.
