Analysis of purchasing activities

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou nákupní činnosti, tedy profesionálním nákupem. Jejím cílem je vytyčit povinnosti nákupčího a seznámit se s jeho pravomocemi. Zárověň také poukázat, že pokud všechny jeho povinnosti, které stanovují interní předpisy či směrnice společnosti, budou přesně dodrženy, lze v rámci úspor dosáhnout maximálního možného efektu. Práce obsahuje teorii, v níž jsou základní pojmy (profesionální nákup, centrální nákup, kategorie nákupu, benchmarking, atd.) nezbytné pro vymezení profesionálního nákupu a praxi, která zahrnuje ukázky a příklady k teoretickým pojmům a uplatňuje již zmíněnou teorii v praxi. Práce vypovídá o nástrojích a pomůckách, kterými nákupčí může v oddělení nákupu dosáhnout úspor a tyto úspory nadále udržovat. Také obsahuje nástroje, na základě kterých lze za velmi krátkou dobu odhalit porušování pravomocí a povinností. To se projeví hlavně v nákladech a finančních plánech nákupního oddělení.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of purchasing activities, thus with professional purchases. Its goal is to lay out the buyer´s duties and to meet his/her competency. At the same time to point out that if all his/her duties, which are set by internal regulations or the company rules, will be exactly carried out and that is possible to reach maximum feasible effect within the frame work of savings. This thesis contains theory with basic concepts (professional purchase, central purchase, purchase categories, benchmarking, etc.) necessary for the determination of professional purchases and usage, which includes illustrations and examples for theoretical conceptions and applies earlier mentioned theories in use. This thesis predicates instruments and tools used by the buyer to reach certain savings and to sustain them. It also contains tools which can be used for disclosing infringements of competences and duties. This shows itself especially in costs and financial plans of purchasing departments.
