Práce je věnována problematice návrhu a optimalizace User Experience a User Interface. První část je zaměřena na definice jednotlivých pojmů, vysvětlení rozdílů a popis metrik, kterými lze měřit a vyhodnocovat výsledky změn. The thesis is devoted to the issue of designing and optimizing User Experience and User Interface. The first part is focused on term definitions, comparison and description of metrics that can be used to measure and evaluate changes.
