Abstract:
V diplomové práci jsou popsány základní principy tvorby webů pro hendikepované uživatele a zmapována příslušná pravidla „bezbariérovosti“. Dále jsou popsány jednotlivé technologie, které hendikepovaní uživatelé používají pro přístup k webu. Zaměřeno je na vyhlášku č. 64/2008 Sb. a standard WCAG 2.0. Abstract:
In this thesis are described the basic principles of creating websites for disabled users and mapped the relevant "barrier-free" rules. There is a description of the technology that disabled people use to access the site. Focus is on Decree No. 64/2008 Coll. and standard WCAG 2.0.
