Cílem této diplomové práce je zaprvé analyzovat současný stav řízení portfolia projektů ve firmě MARBES CONSULTING s. r. o. a zadruhé navrhnout případná nápravná opatření pro identifikované nedostatky. The aim of this thesis is to first analyze the current state of project portfolio management in company MARBES CONSULTING s.r.o. and second to propose possible remedial measures for identified deficiencies.
