The Problems of Removal of Freight Vehicles Accidents and Clearing of the Road

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice odstranění dopravních nehod a havárií, které tvoří překážku v provozu na pozemních komunikacích. V první části se věnuje právním předpisům týkajících se problematiky odstraňování dopravních nehod a havárií silničních vozidel. Při odstraňování dopravních nehod se nyní postupuje dvojím způsobem, a to podle Memoranda o spolupráci při předávání informací o nahlášených dopravních nehodách a poruchách vozidel systému odstraňování překážek provozu na pozemních komunikací tvořených nepojízdným vozidlem dále jen Memoranda, nebo podle zákona o provozu na pozemních komunikacích č. 361/2000 Sb. v platném znění. V další části bakalářské práce je uvedena analýza obou způsobů odstraňování dopravních nehod.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the problems of removal of traffic accidents and collisions which block the traffic on the road. The first part provides information about the categories, specifications, owners and statistics of the road infrastructure. Further it deals with the legal acts which apply to the removal of traffic accidents of road vehicles. There are two alternative procedures for removing the traffic accidents. The first procedure is based on The Memorandum of Cooperative Handing on of Information about Reported Traffic Accidents and Breakdowns of Vehicles to the System of Clearing of Road Blockage which Is Caused by an Immobile Vehicle (hereinafter referred to as Memorandum). The second procedure is based on Act No. 361/2000 Coll., on Road Traffic, as amended. The following part consists of an analysis of these two procedures of removing the traffic accidents.
