Diplomová práce obsahuje popis historie a vývoj kulturistiky. Představil jsem kategorii Men's Physique, která se postupně stává velice oblíbenou mezi začínajícími cvičenci. In this thesis I have briefly described the history and development of bodybuilding. I introduced the Men's Physique category, which is gradually becoming very popular among beginners. I also discussed diet and supplementation to make the reader aware of the key functions of each macronutrient.
