Abstract:

Anotace Název práce: Motivace dobrovolníků působících v organizaci Charita Klíčová slova: motivace, motivy, potřeby, hodnoty, altruismus, dobrovolnictví, dobrovolník, Charita Celkový počet slov v počitatelné části diplomové práce: 21 981 Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám motivací dobrovolníků působících v organizaci Charita k jejich dobrovolnické činnosti. V teoretické části práce jsem definovala pojmy motivace, dobrovolnictví a motivace k dobrovolnictví, které jsou pro téma mé práce stěžejní. V empirické části jsem nejprve zformulovala hlavní a dílčí výzkumné otázky. Popsala jsem kvalitativní výzkumnou strategii jako zvolenou metodu výzkumu. Definovala jsem zkoumanou jednotku a jednotku zjišťování a upřesnila jsem kritéria výběru výzkumných jednotek. Jako metodu sběru dat jsem zvolila rozhovory podle návodu. Výzkumné rozhovory jsem vedla s devíti respondenty - osmi dobrovolníky a koordinátorkou Dobrovolnického centra Oblastní charity. V rámci zachování diskrétnosti jsem celý výzkum anonymizovala. Na základě analýzy zjištěných dat jsem zodpověděla čtyři dílčí výzkumné otázky a následně i hlavní výzkumnou otázku „Jaká je motivace dobrovolníků Oblastní charity T. k jejich dobrovolnické činnosti“, čímž jsem naplnila cíl své práce.

Annotation Title: Motivation of volunteers active in the Charity Key words: motivation, motives, needs, values, altruism, volunteering, volunteer, Charity The total number of words in a countable part of the thesis: 21 981 In my master thesis I focus on the motivation of volunteers working in Charity that they have for their volunteering. In the theoretical part I define the crutial concepts of my thesis which are motivation, volunteering and motivation for volunteering. In the empirical part I first formulated the main and sub research questions. I described the qualitative research strategy as the chosen research method. I have defined the unit under scrutiny and observation unit and I specified the criteria for selection of research units. As the method of data collection I chose the directed interviews. I conducted the research interviews with nine respondents - eight volunteers and a coordinator of the Volunteer Centre of Regional Charity. In order to ensure discretion the whole research was anonymous. Based on the obtained data analysis I answered four sectional research questions and the main research question: "What is the motivation of volunteers in the Regional Charity for their volunteer activities", by which I met the objective of my work.
