Creating a Business Model #befull

Abstract:

Predmetom tejto bakalárskej práce je tvorba business modelu pre nový zamýšľajúci podnikateľský subjekt #befull, ktorý je mienený pre holandský trh. Práca je rozdelená na dve častí, teoretickú a praktickú. V teoretickej časti sú popísané poznatky z odbornej literatúry týkajúcej sa podnikania, tvorby business modelu a analytických metód. V krátkosti je opísané holandské prostredie, právne formy, výhody a podpora zo strany štátu pre začínajúce podniky. V praktickej časti sú za pomoci nových poznatkov vytvorené analýzy, ktoré pozostávajú z analytických nástrojov ako: SWOT, Slept a Porterov model piatich síl. Súčasťou praktickej časti je tvorba business modelu, ktorý je vytvorený z vyhodnoteného dotazníkového šetrenia, ktoré napomohlo k zisteniu problémov so stravovaním sa v práci. Na základe týchto informácií je vytvorené riešenie v podobe donáškovej služby #befull. Následne je tento podnikateľský nápad dôkladne popísaný. Business model spoločnosti #befull sa javí ako dlhodobo udržateľný, takže sa do neho oplatí investovať.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the creation of a business model for a new upcoming entrepreneurial subject #befull, which is intended for the Dutch market. The thesis is divided into two sections, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the knowledge from business related literature, the creation of the business model and analytical methods. It briefly illustrates the Dutch environment, legal standards, and the benefits and state support for start-ups. The practical part includes analyses created with the help of new knowledge, which consists of analytical tools such as: SWOT, Slept and Porter's five forces model. It also contains the creation of the business model, which is created from the evaluated questionnaire survey that helped with the discovery of problems with eating at work. Based on this information, a solution in the form of the #befull delivery service is created. Subsequently, this business idea is thoroughly described. The business model of the #befull company appears to be sustainable in the long run, so it pays to invest in it.
