Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na sestavení podnikatelského plánu pro e-shop Happiness in a Box, kde zákazníci mohou objednávat předplatné boxů s vínem. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Obsahem teoretické části je vymezení základních pojmů spojených s podnikáním, jako je podnikatel, podnik a jejich členění.
