Russian Empire and modern Russia: changes in trade and economy

Abstract:

The paper examines the economy of the Russian Empire at the beginning of the 20th century and the Russian Federation in the 21st century. The goal is to find out how Russia changed in one hundred years, what the differences are, how it developed. The research is based on literature and data analysis, where the historical as well as modern publications were used. In the result of comparison, the differences and problems in the economy, agriculture, industry, and international trade were revealed. The main findings are the changes in economic structure, remained dependence on natural resources in production and trade, the transition from the industrialization phase to deindustrialization.

Abstract:

V této publikace jsou prozkoumány Ruská říše na začátku 20. století a Ruská federace v 21. století. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak se změnilo Rusko za sto let, jaké jsou rozdíly a jak pokročil ekonomický rozvoj. Výzkum byl prováděn na základě analýzy dat a literatury s použitím historických a moderních publikací. Ve výsledku porovnání různých období byly nalezeny rozdíly a problémy v ekonomice, zemědělství, průmyslu a mezinárodním obchodě. Hlavní závěry jsou změny v ekonomických sektorů a v jejích významu, stejná závislost na přírodních zdrojích, přechod od fáze industrializace k deindustrializaci.
