Tématem diplomové práce je znalecké dokazování v civilním řízení soudním. Cílem práce je popsat a zhodnotit stávající právní úpravu znalectví a znaleckého dokazování v ČR v rámci civilního soudního řízení. The topic of this thesis is expert evidence in a civil trial. The aim of the work is to describe and evaluate existing expertise and expert evidence legislation in the Czech Republic in the civil judicial proceedings, especially procedural regulations of expert evidence.
