Diplomová práce se zabývá aktuálními tématy pozitivní psychologie. Hlavním cílem bylo přezkoumat vztah mezi silnými stránkami charakteru, optimálním prospíváním a motivací, respektive akademickou motivací u vysokoškolských studentů. This diploma thesis examines current topics of positive psychology. The main aim of the study was to explore relation between character strengths, flourishing and motivation, or rather academic motivation among university students.
