This undergraduate thesis allows the readers to get a better understanding of Pavel Faschingbauer, a prominent Czech sportsman, and both of his personal and profesional life. The main focus of this work is his sport activity, training methods, running styles, history of running and comparsion with the methods of contempomary runners.
