Approaches for determination of optimal capital structure of company

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce "optimalizace kapitálové struktury vybraného podniku" je analýza složení kapitálu, porovnání kapitálové struktury dle různých teorií a nalezení optima pro vybraný podnik. První část práce je teoretická a je zaměřena na charakteristiku složek kapitálu a na jednotlivé přístupy k problematice optimalizace kapitálové struktury. Ve druhé části se dle různých teorií snažím o nalezení optimální kapitálové struktury vybraného podniku. V závěru práce uvedu své doporučení na základě výsledků jednotlivých teorií.

Abstract:

Subject of bachelor thesis "Optimization of the structure of the selected company" is analysis of the composition of capital, comparison of the capital strusture according to different theories and finding an optimum for selected company. The first part of the thesis is theoretical and focused on the characteristics of the capital structure. In the second part, according to different theories, I try to find the optimal capital structure of the selected business. At the end of the thesis, I will present my recommendation based on the results of individual theories.
