Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá židovstvím a jeho vnímáním Americkými židovskými immigranty v díle Saula Bellowa Planeta pana Sammlera a díle Bernarda Malamuda Příručí. Židovství je v práci zachyceno v utrpení, zejména ve spojení se smrtí a holokaustem, ale i v rodiném systému a v otázce náboženství.
Abstract:
The work concerns Jewishness and its perception by American Jewish immigrants in the works by Saul Bellow Mr. Sammler' planet and Bernard Malamud The Assistant. Jewishness is in the work reflected in suffering connected mainly with death and the Holocaust, in family system as well as in the question religion.
