Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na malajsijskou strukturu federace a její politický systém. V práci jsou popsány hlavní teorie spojené s definicí federalismu a historií vzniku federace. Koncepty federalismu jsou aplikovány přímo na Malajsii. Pozornost je věnována zejména definování základních parametrů federalismu de jure. This bachelor thesis focuses on the Malaysian federation structure and its political system. The thesis describes the main theories associated with the definition of federalism and the history of the formation of federation. The concepts of federalism are applied directly to Malaysia.
