The Internet Banking Mediated by Smart Phones

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce na téma: Internetové bankovnictví prostřednictvím chytrých telefonů, je definice a přiblížení se dané problematice jako je smartbanking, smartphone a internetbanking a zkoumání současného stavu. V teoretické části se čtenář blíže seznamuje s klíčovými pojmy a skutečnostmi se smartbankingem souvisejícími. Část praktická je pak rozdělena na další dvě oblasti. V první jsem se zaměřila na český bankovní trh, kde jsou porovnány produkty smartbankingu jednotlivých bank a pomocí SWOT analýzy zhodnocena celkově služba smartbankingu. V části druhé jsem pak pomocí dotazovací metody zkoumala jaké je lidské povědomí o této službě, zda-li se lidem při vyslovení slova smartbanking vybaví konkrétní služba, či nikoli. V závěru práce nechybí shrnutí výhod a nevýhod smartbankingu, dále pak shrnutí současného stavu a možného vývoje této služby, můj vlastní názor a možné návrhy pro zvýšení povědomí a následném větším využívání této služby v souvislosti se zjištěnými fakty.

Abstract:

The subject of this thesis 'The Internet Banking Mediated by Smart Phones' is focused on the issues such as smartbaking, smartphone and internetbanking and moreover, it investigates the current situation of the usage of these devices. The theoretical part discusses the key words and issues related to smartbanking. The practical part is divided into two sections. The first one deals with the Czech bank market, where I also seek to compare smartbanking products among the individual bank institutions. Furthermore, the smartbanking service itself is evaluated by the means of SWOT analysis. The second section is devoted to the questionnaire by which means I try to investigate people's awareness of this service and also whether they associate the term 'smartbanking' with a particular service or not. In conclusion there's a summary of smartbanking advantages and disadvantages, followed by a summary of current state and possible future developments. There's also my suggestions for increasing the awareness and the consequent greated use of the service in connection with the observed fact.
