Diplomová práce se věnuje náboženské neutralitě ve školství se zaměřením na náboženské symboly. V první části jsou definovány základní pojmy úzce související s danou problematikou, a to zejména v kontextu náboženské svobody, zákazu diskriminace a práva na vzdělání. The thesis deals with religious neutrality in education with an emphasis on religious symbols. The first part defines the basic terms closely related to the issue, especially in the context of religious freedom, non-discrimination, and the right to education.
