Leasing and the problems of closing early termination of contracts
Abstract:
Práce pojednává o problematice předčasně ukončených leasingových smluv jak z pohledu účetního, tak daňového a nakonec i právního. V teoretické části je detailně popsáno několik zásadních pohledů k dané problematice. V praktické části jsou následně praktické poznatky prezentovány na konkrétní společnosti, která se danou problematikou velmi intenzivně zabývá.
Abstract:
The work deals with the issue of prematurely terminated lease contracts both in terms of accounting and taxation, and ultimately the legality of it. In the theoretical section, is the detail description of several key perspectives on the issue. The practical part presents the practical knowledge of a particular company which intensively deals with this particular issue.
