Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá jedním z významných odvětví cestovního ruchu – tzv. sektorem MICE. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část a soustředí se nejprve na charakteristiku MICE klientely a dále se zaměřuje na doprovodné programy, které tyto skupiny v rámci eventů a akcí v konferenčních resortech využívají. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with a major branche of a tourism industry - so called MICE sector. The thesis is devided into a theoretical and a practical part and focuses first on characteristics of MICE clients and then it aims at accompanying programmes that are used by these groups of clients in the scope of events in conference areas (resorts).
