Abstract:
Cieľom diplomovej práce je skúmanie rodovej rovnosti v diplomatickej službe na úrovni členských štátov Európskej únie (krajiny Vyšehradskej štvorky). Skúmané budú zastúpenia žien v diplomatickej službe ako aj nástroje, ktoré majú za cieľ prispieť k vyrovnaniu rozdielov v postavení žien a mužov, a to v oblasti diplomatickej služby členských štátov Európskej únie.
