Abstract:
Rezervační smlouva hraje klíčovou roli ve vztahu prodávajícího a zájemce při nákupu / prodeji určité věci. Jedná se o jakousi jistotu pro obě strany, že mohou připravovat náležitosti transakce a převodu s vědomím toho, že podmínky jsou již známé a oběma stranami odsouhlasené.
