Professional training of criminalists and their work in spectator violence's environment

Abstract:

Tato práce přináší základní informace o profesní přípravě policistů (kriminalistů) a o jejich působení v prostředí diváckého násilí. Pro správné pochopení této problematiky jsou úvodní kapitoly věnovány samotnému diváckému násilí. Zde jsou vymezeny základní typologie návštěvníků sportovních stadionů, popsány vývojové etapy fotbalového chuligánství, teorie agrese, nejčastější projevy fotbalových chuligánů a také politika vůči diváckému násilí. V návaznosti na seznámení se s diváckým násilím reaguje část zabývající se povoláním policisty a následně také specifickou činností a přípravou policistů zařazených do antikonfliktních týmů a činností tzv. spotterů v rámci diváckého násilí. Závěrečná část je věnována empirickému šetření mezi kriminalisty Policie ČR, jehož cílem je zjistit názory, postoje a pohledy kriminalistů na svou profesní připravenost ke zvládání diváckého násilí, ale také na samotné projevy fotbalových chuligánů.

Abstract:

This work brings the basic information on professional training of policemen (criminologists) and their activity in the scene of football-related violence. With the view of correct understanding of these questions the preliminary chapters focus on the very football-related violence. The basic typologies of sports stadium visitors, development stages of rowdyism, theory of aggression, the most frequent demonstrations of football hooligans together with the football-related violence policy are described in this part of work. The mentioned introducing part is followed by the one dealing with police profession, the specificity of this job as well as the special training of counter-conflict team members along with so called spotters in the field of football-related violence. The final part deals with an empirical research among criminologists of the Police of the Czech Republic that aspires to find policemen views and bearings of their occupational skills in the fields of football-related violence managing and their reflection of the football hooligans´ ferociousness.
