Cílem práce je komplexně zanalyzovat trh s nemovitostmi v Praze s detailem na bytový trh. Za použití tištěných a elektronických zdrojů nejprve v práci pojmenuji veškerá teoretická východiska, potřebná pro zdárnou analýzu realitního trhu. Samotná analýza je rozdělena do čtyř částí. The goal of the thesis is to do an analyses of real estate market in Prague with focus on the apartment market.
