Koncepční návrh nosného rámu motokáry

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na návrh koncepčního rámu motokáry, primárně na modelování a pevnostní analýzu. Na základě potřebných přídavných komponent motokáry byl vytvořen 3D model rámu v programu Autodesk Inventor. Na vytvořeném 3D modelu rámu byla provedena pevnostní analýza pomocí výpočetní metody, kdy se kvůli splnění požadavků na pevnost muselo změnit uložení sedačky řidiče z důvodu překročení dovoleného napětí. Po této změně byl rám vyhovující, kdy tuto skutečnost potvrdila i druhá metoda v rámci počítačové pevnostní analýzy v programu Autodesk Inventor. Stručně byl na základě designu rámu navržen postup výroby tohoto rámu pomocí nařezání jednotlivých profilů a jejich následného svaření. Následně bylo provedeno dimenzování rámu, kdy se dosáhlo snížení hmotnosti konstrukce pomocí několika úprav. Dále se práce zaměřila na zjištění předpokládaných jízdních vlastností, na základě kterých se předpokládá přetáčivost motokáry. Poslední dvě kapitoly zkoumaly výsledky a doporučení, které spočívají v případné změně počítačového programu pro výpočty pevnostních analýz, nebo použití jiných materiálů.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the design of a conceptual go-kart frame, primarily on modeling and strength analysis. Based on the required additional components of the go-kart, a 3D model of the frame was created in Autodesk Inventor. A strength analysis was conducted on the created 3D model of the frame using computational methods, requiring a change in the driver's seat mounting due to exceeding the allowable stress. After this modification, the frame met the requirements, which was also confirmed by a second method within the computer strength analysis in Autodesk Inventor. Based on the frame design, a manufacturing process for this frame was proposed, involving cutting individual profiles and subsequent welding. Subsequently, frame dimensioning was carried out, achieving a reduction in construction weight through several modifications. Furthermore, the thesis focused on determining the anticipated driving characteristics, which are expected to involve the kart's tendency to oversteer. The last two chapters examined the results and recommendations, which include potential changes to the computer program for strength analysis calculations or the use of alternative materials.
