Diplomová práce se zabývá institutem souběhu trestných činů a jeho trestáním. Hlavním cílem práce je rozbor současné právní úpravy souběhu trestných činů a její zhodnocení včetně návrhů na budoucí změny právní úpravy. The thesis deals with the concurrence of crimes and its punishing. The main aim of the thesis is the analysis of current legal regulation of the concurrence of crimes and its assessment including suggestions of future amendments.
