Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá rozborem ivančických svatebních smluv uzavřených v letech 1590 a 1591. Práce je rozdělena na pět kapitol, ve kterých je věnována pozornost dosavadnímu bádání spojenému s tématem svatebních smluv, historii Ivančic s důrazem na společenské a náboženské poměry na přelomu 16. a 17. století a také městskému právu a instituci manželství v raném novověku. Abstract:
The focus of this bachelor thesis is analysis of marriage contracts in Ivančice concluded in the years 1590 and 1591. The paper is divided into five chapters, with the first one focusing on previous research related to the topic of marriage contracts.
