Komunitní plánování v sociálních službách je moderní způsob zjišťování sociálních potřeb na daném území. Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se pokusila popsat proces komunitního plánování. Community planning in social services is a modern way of identifying the social needs of the territory. In my thesis I tried to describe the process of community planning.
