Cíle diplomové práce bylo zavedení spolehlivých metod určení pohlaví u historického kosterního materiálu ze Znojma Hradiště. Materiál z této lokality byl vybrán záměrně, protože zde už po tři archeologické sezóny probíhá sterilní odkryv hrobů a odběr kosterního materiálu. Abstract:
The main theme of this thesis is sex determination of the historical bone remains from archaeological site Znojmo Hradiště. This material is in good condicion and excavate due the sterile setup. The first step of analysis is implementaion of successful isolaton method. The QIAamp DNA Investigator Kit (QIAGEN) and Mini ElutePCR purification Kit (QIAGEN) were used.
