Bakalárska práca je zameraná na porovnanie uplatniteľnosti absolventov vysokých škôl v Českej republike a na Slovensku, pričom sa bližšie zameriava na Zlínsky a Trenčiansky kraj. Teoretická časť vysvetľuje základné pojmy spojené s trhom práce, vymedzuje rizikové skupiny, konkrétne popisuje rizikovú skupinu absolventov a nástroje politiky zamestnanosti. The main focus of this bachelor thesis is on comparison of employability between graduates at different Universities in the Czech and Slovak Republic with a special reference to the Zlin and Trenčín region.
