Tato bakalářské práce je zaměřena na problematiku řízení pohledávek. Teoretická část se zabývá závazkovými vztahy, charakterem pohledávek a jejich řízením. Větší pozornost je zde věnována možnostem zajištění a vymáhání pohledávek. Praktická část bakalářské práce znázorňuje systém řízení pohledávek ve společnosti Stavcar, s. r. o. This bachelor thesis addresses the questions of the managing of the debts. The theoretical part of this work deals with the relationships of the law of obligation, with the character of them and with their managing.
