This bachelor thesis deals with the general charakteristics of the cooperative and european cooperative. I tis divided into three chapters, each chapter is divided into subsections. In the first chapter will be devoted to the cooperative as a legal form of business. I`ll describe more cancellation and termination of the cooperative and the authorities themselves. Abstract:
Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá všeobecnou charakteristikou družstva a európskeho družstva. Je rozdelená na tri kapitoly, pričom každá z kapitol je rozčlenená na podkapitoly. V prvej kapitole sa budem venovať družstvu ako právnej forme podnikania. Bližšie budem charakterizovať zrušenie a zánik družstva a samotné orgány.
