Abstract:
Práce kriticky hodnotí současný stav promulgace právních předpisů v České republice, a nastiňuje tři možné formy vývoje a zvažuje jejich přínosy, překážky a negativa. Konkrétně jde o zachování pouze tištěné publikace, hybridní publikace – tiskem i elektronicky, nebo plnou elektronizaci.
Abstract:
Thesis describes and evaluate the current state of promulgation of legislation in the Czech Republic, and outlines three possible forms of development and considers their benefits, obstacles and negatives. Concretely the preservation of printed publications only, hybrid - print and electronically, or full electronization.
