The Test Clinical Observation of Senzory Integration in Physiotherapy

Abstract:

Test klinické observace je hodnocení neurofyziologických funkcí. Hodnotí aspekty rozvoje hrubé a jemné motoriky svázané s rozvojem posturálních mechanismů a svalového napětí. Hodnotí stupně integrace reflexních reakcí, úroveň rovnovážných reakcí, stav motorického plánování a oboustranné pohybové koordinace. Součástí testu klinické observace je hodnocení rozvoje okohybné motoriky a motoriky jazyka. Cílem diplomové práce je ověřit test klinické observace u dětí s centrální koordinační poruchou ve školním věku. Součástí výzkumu je provedení testu postrotačního nystagmu a dynamické posturografie u vybrané skupiny dětí s CKP ve školním věku a provedení testu postrotačního nystagmu u vybrané skupiny dětí bez CKP.

Abstract:

The Test Clinical observation of sensory integration is an assessment of neurophysiological functions. It assesses aspects of development of gross motor skills and fine motor skills associated with the development of postural mechanisms and postural tonus. It assesses degrees of integration of reflex reactions, level of balance reactions, status of motor planning and bilateral motion coordination. The Test clinical observation of sensory integration test includes an assessment of development of oculomotor skills and tongue motor skills. The goal of the Thesis is to verify the sensory integration praxis test in school children with developmental coordination disorder. The survey also includes administration of the postrotatory nystagmus test and dynamic posturography test to a selected group of school children with developmental coordination disorder and administration of The Postrotatory Nystagmus Test to a selected group of children without developmental coordination disorder.
