Abstract:
Práce se zabývá právní úpravou specifické oblasti zemědělské výroby, kterou je vinohradnictví a vinařství. Snaží se v rozumné míře postihnout ucelené množství práv a povinností, které je dáno subjektům nejen v rámci tuzemských předpisů, ale i z pohledu právních předpisů EU vycházejících z principu společné organizace trhu s vínem.
Abstract:
Aim of this work is to describe situation on winegrowing and viticulture in point of view of legal norms, which regulate this area. Main approach is to summarize sume of rights and duties, which are related with operating on this part of agriculture in ordinary working . That means selection of new sort of wine and other marginal works are not respected here.
