Teoreticko - výzkumná diplomová práce se týká kolorektálního karcinomu, je zaměřena na porovnání vztahu rozsahu nádorového postižení a symptomů pacienta s diagnózou karcinomu rekta. Za cennou metodu sloužící ke stanovení rozsahu neboli TN stagingu tumorů rekta je považována transrektální ultrasonografie. Theoretical and research thesis refers to colorectal carcinoma and is aimed to comparison of relation of tumour affection extent and symptoms of patients with rectal carcinoma. Transrectal ultrasonography is considered a valuable method used to verify an extent or TN staging of rectal carcinomas.
