Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je věnována tématu Postavení franchisingu v podnikatelském sektoru ČR. Téma je aktuální, protože v poslední době franchising je velmi rozšířenou formou podnikání a každý rok přibývá nových registrovaných franchisingových nabídek pro podnikatele, kteří si chtějí založit podnikání, ale nemají vlastní originální nápad. Hlavním cílem práce je provedení rozboru franchisingu z právního, ekonomického a finančního hlediska na příkladu vybrané společnosti zamýšlející otevřít pobočku mezinárodní franchisingové značky. Dílčím cílem práce je spočítat dodatečné náklady vznikající pro firmu z titulu franchisingové smlouvy. Hypotéza práce je následující: vzhledem k nutnosti platit vstupní poplatek při otevření franchisingové realitní kanceláře se jako lepší možnost z ekonomického hlediska jeví otevření vlastní realitní kanceláře bez zapůjčení franšízy. V práce byly použity následující metody. První z nich je literární rešerše. Jedná se o rozbor teoretických východisek a předpokladů franchisingu jako možnosti podnikatelské činnosti. Další metodou je primární výzkum – analýza a porovnání možností otevření franchisingové společnosti v oblasti realitní kanceláře. Pro porovnání jsou kontaktovány realitní kanceláře nabízející možnost franchisingu, z nichž dvě jsou mezinárodní (RE/MAX a Centrury21), jedna je českou franšízovou značkou (Evropa). Porovnávány jsou zejména náklady na založení franšízy, royalty (pravidelné poplatky) a další požadavky na žadatele o franšízu. Tyto tři možnosti jsou analyzovány pro zjištění nejvýhodnější možnosti pro podnikatele, který zamýšlí otevření vlastní realitní kanceláře. Následně nejlepší možnost z franšíz je porovnána s možností otevření vlastního podniku – realitní kanceláře vlastní značky. Výsledky a doporučení jsou zpracovány pomocí metody syntézy a dedukce.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is devoted to the topic of the status of franchising in the business sector of the Czech Republic. The theme is up-to-date because franchising has become a widespread form of business lately, and new franchise offers are registered every year for entrepreneurs who want to start a business but do not have their own original idea. The main goal of this thesis is to analyze franchising from a legal, economic and financial point of view on the example of a selected company intending to open a branch of an international franchising brand. The partial objective of the work is to calculate the additional costs incurred for the company under the franchise contract. The hypothesis of the job is as follows: Due to the necessity to pay the entry fee when opening a franchising real estate office, as a better option from an economic point of view, the opening of own real estate office without franchise lending appears. The following methods were used in the thesis. The first is literary research. It is an analysis of the theoretical background and the prerequisites of franchising as a possibility of entrepreneurial activity. Another method is primary research - analysis and comparison of possibilities of opening a franchising company in the field of real estate. For comparison, real estate agents offering franchise opportunities are being contacted, two of them international (RE / MAX and Centrury21), one of which is the Czech franchise mark (Europe). In particular, the costs of setting up a franchise, royalties and other requirements for the franchisee are compared. These three options are being analyzed to find the most advantageous option for entrepreneurs who intend to open their own real estate agency. The best franchise option is then compared with the opportunity to open your own business - your own brand real estate agency. The results and recommendations are processed using the method of synthesis and deduction.
